1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sagebourn.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Sagebourn LLC ("Sagebourn," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Wisconsin.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy our products.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Sagebourn. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree not to use the Site to:

- Break any law or regulation

- Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users

- Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission

- Submit false information, including false order or payment details

We may suspend access to the Site or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Products, descriptions, and pricing

Sagebourn sells rifle shooting support accessories, including The GatLink™ and shooting squeeze bags. Our products are not firearms and are not firearm parts.

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Compatibility list. We publish a list of rifle makes and models that The GatLink™ products are known to fit. The list is provided as a general guide only. Factory variations, aftermarket stocks, and modifications can affect fit. We do not guarantee that a product will fit any specific rifle, and the list may change without notice. If The GatLink™ does not fit your rifle, see our 30-day fit exchange in Section 6.

Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

4. Orders, payment, and taxes

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Sagebourn does not store your full card number. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders ship via USPS from Wisconsin, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts your package. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help with a claim, replacement, or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

30-day returns for any reason. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping costs, including original shipping, are not refunded.

30-day fit exchange. If The GatLink™ does not fit your rifle, you may exchange it for a different GatLink™ model within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You pay to ship the item back to us, and we pay to ship the replacement to you.

After 30 days. Returns and fit exchanges are not accepted after 30 days. Factory defects in materials and craftsmanship are covered for 1 year under our limited warranty.

To start a return or exchange:

1. Email support@sagebourn.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or a fit exchange.

2. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Products that are used, damaged, or modified by you are not eligible for a return or fit exchange.

7. Limited warranty and disclaimers

Sagebourn warrants that its products will be free from factory defects in materials and craftsmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery, when used as intended. If a covered defect appears, we will replace or refund the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, modification, or improper use.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SAGEBOURN DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Our products are designed to support a rifle. They do not guarantee any particular level of accuracy, stability, or shooting result.

8. Safe use and assumption of risk

Shooting and hunting carry inherent risks of serious injury or death. You are solely responsible for the safe handling of your firearm at all times, whether or not you use a Sagebourn product.

When using our products, you agree to:

- Follow all firearm safety rules and any instructions we provide

- Inspect the product before each use and stop using it if it is damaged

- Confirm your rifle is stable and secure before firing

- Follow all federal, state, and local laws, including hunting regulations

By using our products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks connected with shooting, hunting, and firearm use.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnification

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SAGEBOURN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sagebourn and its owners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, photos, videos, logos, and designs, belongs to Sagebourn or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Sagebourn™ and The GatLink™ are trademarks of Sagebourn. The GatLink™ products are covered by multiple pending patent applications. Buying a product does not grant you any right to make, copy, or sell it.

Third-party brands. Rifle, stock, and other brand names, model names, and trademarks that appear on the Site, including in our compatibility list, belong to their respective owners. We use them for informational purposes only. Sagebourn is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It is part of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 60 days.

13. Other terms

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Sagebourn about the Site and your purchases.

Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.
